Client in middle of SAP implementation in the Western Hemisphere markets. Implementation was behind schedule and the Go Live dates were missed twice. Working with a IT consulting major.
WWG engaged with the mission to ensure seamless implementation, Go-Live on target date and drive transformation of people and processes. New CEO coming on board.

Action:
Conducted a deep dive diagnostic and established a scorecard on Current State vs. Best Practices around four key success factors: Program Governance, Program Management, Data Integrity and Change Management
Created new Branding initiative to align the stakeholders
Took over project governance and program management
Rebuilt and implemented a robust training and change management plan

Result:
WWG realigned PMO and course corrected the ERP Transformation Initiative to Go-Live on target date; improved all key success factors of scorecard avoiding $millions in direct and indirect cost overruns
